Javier de Rocafort
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Rocafort is the Chairman of the Board of Quimera.

Mr. de Rocafort is currently Strategic Advisor to Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild and CEO of Balmoral Capital Partners and Corporalia Investments. He also serves at the Board of a number of companies in US, India, UAE and Spain and four family offices.

He has 20 years experience in the private wealth and investment banking industry at top executive positions at Banco Santander, BNP-Paribas, A&G (Banque Cantonale de Vaud), having worked in several countries (US, Switzerland, France, Spain and UK). Law, BS International Finance, MBA Madrid Business School, Carnegie Mellon (Corporate Negotiation)

Alejandro Andreu
Vice-chairman of the Board

Mr. Andreu is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Quimera.

Mr. Andreu has a broad experience in sports marketing being the Chairman & CEO at ISL Spain (International Sports and Leisure) and Member of the Worldwide Council. He was involved with the commercialization of various organizations; JJOO, FIFA world cups, UEFA Championships, IAAF, FIBA, FINA, Skiing World Championships and the Spanish Football league.

He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit leading many ventures like SuperLeague Formula (Worldwide Motorsport Championship event). Previously he worked for 10 years at The Coca-Cola Company in different management positions around the world (UK, Mexico, Netherlands and Spain).

David García
Operations Director

Mr. García is Operations Director at Quimera.

He has diverse experience in cleantech, IT, industrial operations, turn-arounds, holding divestitures and construction.

He has worked for AGBAR Group (Suez Environment) as the Senior Management Director during his 4 years in the utility industry. Previously, he was Operations Manager at Crown Cork & Seal in the packaging sector. In addition he brings a broad sector background from 5 years within the management consulting industry.

Pablo Coll
Business Development Director

Mr. Coll is Business Development Director at Quimera.

Mr. Coll is an Economist with more than 10 years of experience in Finance. He has specialized in cost improvement measures, with an emphasis in implementation. He gained a deep knowledge of the automotive sector, while developing his career and expertise in companies such as Bentley Motors and Seat in the Volkswagen group.

He achieved the position as Project Finance Manager at Bentley Motors and was in charge of the target costing philosophy implementation for the Continental GT product line.

Rafael Martins de Lima Ferreira

Mr. Martins de Lima Ferreira is the Investor Relations Manager at Quimera.

Rafael Martins is currently the CEO of HERA W2R (waste to resource). His experience ranges from being a Professor of Finance at IE Business School in Madrid to Senior Vice President of Banco Santander. He is also a serving board member at Quimera and has held board member positions at other companies in the past.

Rafael began his career with entrepreneurial ventures as a student and his expansive career of close to 20 years bring not only professional expertise but also a plethora of connections and associations.

She worked as a bridge to connect eastern and western business hemispheres by successfully transforming marketing-focused growth strategy in China market for Germany, Hong Kong, and US

organizations before joined Quimera Project. By taking middle to high level management positions in the past, she is getting experienced in effective local team building and leading, marketing strategy development and implementation, and business development in different areas within China.

Daniel Marques
Project Manager

Mr. Marques is the Project Manager for the EMEA region at Quimera.

Daniel is a Telecommunications Engineer and ESADE MBA. He has worked in multinational companies like General Electric and Alstom Power, where he took several managing roles in the renewable energy market (specially in Solar PV and Wind).

He was part of the steering committee integration team during the acquisition phase of Ecotecnia (leading edge Wind Turbines manufacturer) by Alstom. Previously, he developed several IT responsibility roles in AGBAR group (Suez Environment) and other consultancy companies.

Shahal Khan

Mr. Khan is the President at Zebasolar.

Mr. Harari is a Project Steering Committee Member for Quimera and the Managing Director at Quimera US.

Mr. Harari is also President & C.E.O. of Sheffield International Finance Corporation. He has over 15 years experience on Wall Street and has actively conducted business in the U.S., London, Paris, Brussels, Milano, Dubai, Singapore and Thailand.
With his diverse experience in the financial markets and private equity, acting as a facilitator, he has participated in financing ventures across a

broad spectrum of projects and businesses.
Mr. Harari began in global banking within the top tier corporate finance arena working alongside a Morgan Stanley Advisory Director and at PaineWebber's London institutional desk in New York. He is a former Founding Partner and President of Millennium Capital Ventures.

Hermenegildo Altozano
Secretary of the Board

Mr. Altozano is the Secretary of the Quimera Board.

Mr. Altozano heads the Bird&Bird Energy and Natural Resources practice. He specialises in energy, advising on transactions and projects in Spain and Latin America, and provides investment protection and arbitration advice. He is also closely connected to legal academia.

Hermenegildo is the Director of the Senior Program in Energy Law at the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and Professor of Private International Law at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Madrid). Hermenegildo is a regular participant in the TV program "El Balance" in Intereconomía Business TV and a columnist in the economy section of "La Gaceta".

Yoann Groleau is R&D Manager at Quimera and Director at Altran. Mr. Groleau is a well-known expert in the auto industry. He has worked for many OEM's like PSA, Renault and BMW. He has been working for Altran in other sectors having a huge experience in automotive power-trains.

Mr. Orús is the Engineering Coordinator at Quimera and the Managing Director at Sun Race Engineering Development.

Mr. Orús is the Engineering Coordinator at Quimera and Managing Director at Sun Race Engineering Development. Mr. Orús is a well-known expert in the Motor Sport industry. Recently, he has achieved second position in the FIA World Touring Car Championship (www.wtcc.com) with Gabriele Tarquini.

He was the promoter of the first spanish solar car (Sun Race Australia 1998). Mr Orús leads a team of over 40 engineers at one of Quimera's R&D units
